Return Policy
Warranty and After-Sales Support
Out-of-Box Failure:
If a device purchased from us fails to power on or develops a manufacturer's defect within 7 days of opening, please take the device to the nearest service center. Our devices come with an authentication number for verification of purchase. Replacement for out-of-box failure devices may take a few days, so we appreciate your patience. Devices brought to the Service Center after 7 days of opening will not be replaced but will be repaired, provided the issues fall under our warranty conditions.
Mobile Device Warranty:
All Samsung mobile devices sold on our platform are eligible for a 24-month extended warranty. Mobile devices from other brands such as Infinix, Tecno, Itel, Oppo, Vivo, Xiaomi come with a 12-month warranty. Warranty coverage includes manufacturer defects, software issues, and damages not caused by the user.
Wearables Warranty:
Applicable for 6 months on manufacturer defects, software issues, and damages not caused by the user.
Accessories:
There is no warranty on accessories such as tempered glass, back covers, etc. If a product was delivered in a bad condition, please contact our support for resolution.
Out-of-warranty Issue:
All warranty issues and repairs will be treated on a case-by-case basis, dependent on the model. Please contact any of our service centers for a quote.
Returns policy:
All products shipped go through our quality assurance department before shipment. Therefore, returns and/or requests for refunds for items that are in good condition will not be accepted once the item has been sold.
Exchanges: You may exchange an item purchased for one of greater value, as long as your order is yet to be processed and shipped.
